The holster is lite-weight and of good quality material. The holster fits my Glock 17 and 19 perfectly and holds them securely in place. The release lever works smoothly and rapidly. The extra mag holder does not hold the magazine as tightly as I would like but it takes jumping up and down several times before the magazine jiggles out. I would not recommend this holster for concealed carry unless you are planning on wearing a large overcoat or windbreaker. Having said that I didn''t purchase this holster for concealment purposes and over all I like it. I would recommend this product.

glock 27 fits fine--the magazine fits a little loose--i put thin vinyl tape on the sides to act as shims--got a nice snug fit for the mag.

This holster is pretty good. The only thing I would warn anyone about is that the mag holder doesn''t grip the mag so it''s very easily jogged out of there. Oh than that I love that holster.

This holster is a great product. I am happy with its ability to accept multiple Glock .40 cal models. Since I have both a model 22 and a model 27, I can switch weapons easily while keeping the same holster. It is also comfortable and secure, much like my Fobus pancake holster. I also like the ITAC design over the Fobus design. The ITAC holster is made of two molded pieces of polymer held together by a strong nut and bolt. My Fobus GL 2 holster is made of three separate polymer sections; the paddle that fits inside the pants and the two halves of the holster. Each piece is held to another by small metal rivets. Four holding the two molded gun pieces together and three more holding the holster to the paddle. These could probably be easily ripped apart. I say probably because I''m not going to try it. In theory, the ITAC design could better withstand an attempt to disarm you by someone simply grasping the weapon while jerking down and away from your body. This action could easily rip the Fobus rivets apart by someone who knew what they were doing, leaving you disarmed and scrambling. Additionally, my Fobus holster has no real retention mechanism while the ITAC has a great push button system that leaves your trigger finger in the exact, outside the trigger guard position it should be in when drawing the weapon. The draw is extremely smooth with my model 22 but a little tougher with my 27. The holster seems to want to hold onto 27 a little harder and I''m not sure why. The ITAC GK3 holster is also made of a stronger polymer material then my Fobus. The only negative thing I will say about the ITAC is that the attached magazine well is extremely loose, allowing my extra magazine to slide way too freely. I''m and active guy and I''ve noticed that if I run or jump while wearing the ITAC, the magazine bounces up and down inside the magazine well causing me to be concerned it might come popping out one day. If it weren''t for that shortcoming, I would have given the ITAC 5 stars instead of 4. Well, that''s my review. Hope it helps. (gjohnson734@yahoo.com)

The paddle holster rides better for me than a Fobus holster. The butt of the gun does not ride up into my rib cage. The finger release operates easily and is effective. The magazine pouch is a little loose, but so far the spare magazine has not come out unintentionally.

The iTac system takes little practice in order to get the feel and operation to become normal habit and without thought. all & all a great product, but if you are using it for a 9mm u must put a small strip of the soft side of velcro into the mag pouch to help hold it in place otherwise it just falls out. a very easy fix. this holster fits nice on your waist and hold your gun very secure. to view the velcro fix look up my video on youtube under the name internetdemon.

This holster is nice. the release button is positioned so on the draw your index finger is indexed on the side of the gun. retention is solid. Release is simple to operate. the only down side is that the magazine holder does not grip a magazine. Overall a good holster.

took very little time to get use to hitting the release while drawing my weapon. however, the clip end should be tighter. I imagine I can put some padded tape inside to make it hold, but its really annoying that its made so well for the pistol itself but so badly for the clip. I''m satisfied overall simply because I don''t mind making some minor mods.

The holster fits my Glock 22 snugly and drawing is no problem, putting my index finger right where it should be. The magazine fit is way to loose, but I expected that and can fix it with the soft side of some Velcro tape. On my hip the gun sticks out farther than I expected but still works fine for me. It''s hard to get at the adjustment screw but it is at least possible. Overall comfortable to wear.

This holster is very comfortable to wear and is very functional. My model 27 fits securely and has a smooth easy draw. I also use a model 26 with this holster and it too is a good fit. The only draw back that I have seen with this holster is the magazine pouch. It does not hold the magazine pouches for either of my weapons securely and the magazines tend to be loose. Even with this issue none of my mags have fallen out of the pouch while engaged in normal duty. If I was involved in a physical confrontation I believe they would not stay seated in the pouch though. IF you were to ask me if I would purchase this holster again the answer would be yes.

I''''ve carried my Glock 27 in a Fobus for years, but wanted the convenience of an extra mag as a part of the rig. The iTac appears to be every bit as well made as my Fobus. Fit, form and function are top notch. The mag pouch is a little loose, but a small piece of Velcro ]the wool side[ fixed that.

THIS IS THE BEST HOLSTER I HAVE BOUGHT FOR MY GLOCK27. I LIKE THE CLIP POUCH ON IT, BUT IF YOU RUN OR BEMD OER TO FAR THE CLIP COULD FALL OUT. TO REMEDY THIS SMALL PROBLEM, I PLACED A SMALL STRIP OF BLACK PLASTIC ELECTRICAL TAPE ON TWOOF THE FOUR INSIDE WALLS. THIS KEEPS THE CLIP IN PLACE AND ALSO ALLOWS FOR EASY WITHDRAWAL OF THE CLIP. my first holster. very well made and easy to use. initially worried that the extra mag sticking up in front might interfere with barrel as the gun draws but the mag is offset so it doesn''t seem to be an issue. The gun locks in the holster and is secure, but the extra mag doesn''t so it may eventually work loose. all and all a good buy that i would recommend

This is exactly what I needed. I''m a government agent, and used to put my holster on with my belt every day. Now I just slide it under my belt. It sticks out a little more than my old pancake style holster, but is very comfortable to wear. I like the extra mag pouch addition too. And to me, the index finger release is smoother than the old thumb-break I was used to. It''s just more of a fluid motion.

The holster holds the weapon well. It adjusts so that you can "tweak" it to your personal preference. Only complaint might be that the magazine pouch could have some internal material to hold the magazine more securely in case you are running or moving abruptly.

A well conceived, designed and executed holster for my Glock. Holds the pistol securely in place while allowing quick and trouble free access to the pistol. The "press to release" button keeps your trigger finger out of the finger guard until you want to put it there, and completes the draw with your finger in the recommended safe position. The paddle belt clip allows quick positioning anywhere on your belt with a minimum of problems. The easily adjusted rotation feature allows the positioning of the holster and pistol for most comfortable access angle regardless of where on your belt you elect to carry.

I am really pleased with the holster except for one thing. The clip will not stay in the holder. I carry it in hand when i go to my truck and sometimes I tilt the holster the wrong way and the clip falls out. I eliminated it by taking a pony tail band and wrapping it around the clip and hook to the holster. Other then that I am well pleased with it. Would love to see it in left hand if available. Meant to ask if it was available. Ok with right hand since I can shoot with both hands. Thanks for such a good holster.

Got the ITAC and Like it. I really like the lock. It is easily pressed when unholstering the pistol.The magazine pouch does not hold the spare in that good. The soft side of velco stuck on the inside of the magazine holder helps to retain the magazine. Received it in about 5 days from order.
